Can the Orbvans FMR bed be used in rental vans?

Absolutely, yes. Orbvans systems are removable and ideal for weekend adventures, festivals and short breaks. The unit can be strapped directly to the D-Rings in most panel vans. Always check the rental company's terms and ensure the vehicle dimensions are suitable.

How long are you lead times?

Currently 2-4 weeks - However if we have stock of your item we aim to ship within 3 working days.

What Vehicles does the FMR system fit?

Basically any vehicle with an interior space of more than 1.8m x 1.45m, Ford Transit Custom (SWB and LWB), VW Transporter T6 (SWB and LWB), Vauxhall Vivaro, Renault Traffic, Mercedes Sprinter and Volkswagen Crafter to name but a few.

Do you offer Refunds?

It is your responsibility to check all goods within the 14 day period and notify us via phone or email with your order reference number and inform us of any loss, damage or missing goods to your order. Orbvans (Trading name of Orbcycle Limited) will be more than happy to replace your product/parts at no extra cost to the customer. Orbvans (Trading name of Orbcycle Limited) will however not except return of products which have been assembled.

How long does installation take?

If you opt for us to assembly your unit, we can generally install in 2 hours while you wait.

For flat pack assembly kits we would recommend you reserve a day for assembly. Once assembled into your vehicle it takes 5-10 minutes to remove the bed base. Basic tools such as screwdriver (preferably electric) drill will be required, plus a basic knowledge of DIY. It is not quite as simple as a Ikea flat pack, but our step by step installation guide means that it can be done by most competent DIY'ers.

Can you help with a Mattress?

Yes, currently we are not offering this service, but we can point you in the directions of a good supplier.
